Corpers Innovation, Development, Employability and Skills Program
The CIDEAS training programme is designed to equip National Youth Service Corps members with the essential ICT skills, Microsoft Office tools, online collaboration tools, and employability skills required to succeed in the modern workplace. The program aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements, enhancing the employability prospects of Nigerian youth graduates.
This training programme provides a comprehensive and practical approach to equipping young Nigerian graduates with the essential skills needed to succeed in the modern workplace. By focusing on both technical proficiency and employability skills, the programme empowers National Youth Service Corps Members to confidently play leading roles in the workplace.
