The MUPUN Youths Association (MYA) has commended the President/CEO Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), David Daser for his critical role in youths empowerment and inclusive leadership.
Speaking during an official courtesy visit to the DBI President on Wednesday, the Chairman of the association, Barrister Jonathan Damshak, said his track records and performance since he was appointed to head the institute by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, are worthy of commendations.
The MUPUN Chairman also described Daser’s inclusive leadership style, and love for the youths of Nigeria as exceptional.
According to him, “it is good to have a person like Daser at the helm of affairs of an Institute like DBI, Nigeria’s foremost center of ICT and Telecom training and education. His impactful leadership and organisation prowess have been felt across the country, most especially among the youths.
“The youths of Plateau states and the North Central are proud of him and his achievements. He has started proving his capacity as a digital savvy professional when he was the Director General of the Plateau State ICT Development Agency. As the DG, his performance was exceptional. So, we are not surprised at his overwhelming performance and achievements at the larger national level.”
He added, “the MUPUN Youths and the entire Plateau people believe in his wealth of experience, exposure, commitment, and dedication to national building. His focus and love especially for the youthful Nigerian population in recent times is remarkable.”
The DBI President appreciated the association for their efforts and charged them to be good ambassadors of MUPUN people and the Nigerian youths.
He appealed to them to be focused and be dedicated in their line of duties, adding that Nigeria is great country to be proud of.
“As the representatives of your people, you cannot afford to fail them. You should shun all forms of vices and dedicate yourself to improving the life of your people and the society.”
