DBI’s National Innovation Diploma (NID) program is a key part of this partnership. According to DBI CEO David Daser, the program offers a rich blend of hands-on practical skills that meet industry, occupational, and entrepreneurial requirements coupled with deep theoretical underlying concepts that cover the overarching need for academic studies in a 70:30 ratio. Daser noted that this collaboration aligns with DBI’s vision of equipping the workforce with digital skills and competencies to thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

“Partnering with DBI will allow us to expand our reach and offer diverse learning opportunities to students across Nigeria and beyond,” said Prof. Tayo Arulogun, Vice Chancellor of MIVA Open University. “At MIVA, we believe in the power of collaboration to unlock new potentials in education.
