Nwanze Okonkwo, is a Certified Solution Developer, a Data Analyst, a member Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and the International Webmasters Association (IWA). Former IT Manager DVI-Telecoms International, one-time Head Software development NetPost Nigeria Limited. He has been involved in a lot of developmental IT projects and served as Technical Contact UNIDO Industrial Information Networking project. Which involve setting up of ICT Centres in Federal Ministry of Industry (now Industry, Trade & Investment), Lagos Business School, Lagos Chamber of Commerce, Manufacturing Association of Nigeria and building a National Industrial Database. He has also worked as Head of Training and Manager NetPost Training Institute (a Private Public Partnership Organization between the Nigeria Postal Service and DVI Telecoms limited). During this period, he organised and supervised numerous ICT trainings. As a software developer, he has developed many applications, a few of which include a Grain Stock Management application for the Strategic Grain Reserve department, of the Ministry of Agriculture to Manage Grain Stock Reserve in Nigeria. He also designed and developed the Automated Application and Verification System for the department of Weights and Measures of the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investments. One of his key projects involved developing the Content Aggregation System for Election Monitoring (CASE), a highly secure and customisable process & incident Management system that includes real-time analytics and reporting. The platform used by the Nigeria Civil Societies to Monitor the 2015 General Elections. He also led a team of experts to develop Justice Reports, an application aimed at tracking and monitoring corruption incidents in the Justice administration of the country (Nigeria). He has consulted for many companies and is currently the Head of Information Technology and pioneer Head of Software Development Centre, at the Digital Bridge Institute, AbujaNigeria’s foremost ICT Training School.
