REQUEST FOR THE SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL & FINANCIAL BID FOR THE LEASE OF DBI LAGOS CAMPUS FACILITIES

(1.0) PREAMBLE

In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act. 2007 and existing regulations of Government on procurements of goods and services by Parastatals, the Digital Bridge Institute, invites suitably qualified and competent Companies to Express Interest for the lease of DBI Lagos Campus Facilities.

(2.0) DESCRIPTION

Title: Lease of DBI Lagos Campus Facilities

The facilities for lease are divided into six lots as follows:

• LOT 1 – Block A (Excluding the ground floor)
• LOT 2 – Block B
• LOT 3 – Block C
• LOT 4 – Hostel Block E
• LOT 5 – Cafeteria
• LOT 6 – Stadium

(3.0) TECHNICAL & FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Interested Companies are to submit the following documents in the order stipulated below:

1. Evidence of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Certified True Copies (CTC) of Articles and Memorandum of Association of the Company with Forms CAC 7 and CAC 2.
3. Evidence of Genuine Tax Clearance Certificate for the preceding three years (2020, 2021 & 2022) valid till 31st of December 2022.
4. Companies Audited Account for the Preceding 3 Years (2020, 2021 & 2022).
5. A written document confirming that the applicant has at least a minimum of three years’ experience to manage the LOT applied for.
6. A reference letter from a reputable commercial bank.
7. An Affidavit that all information and documents submitted are true and correct.

Please Note:

1. All documents listed above must be arranged in the order of listing in both the ORIGINAL and TWO (2) duplicate copies.
2. All pages of the documents listed above must be endorsed by the bidder.

(4.0) COLLECTION OF TECHNICAL & FINANCIAL BID DOCUMENT

The Technical & Financial Bid Document can be downloaded from www.dbi.edu.ng after a payment of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) only using Remita payment System.

(5.0) SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL & FINANCIAL BID DOCUMENT

The Technical & Financial Tender document should be packaged separately in envelopes marked “TECHNICAL TENDER” & “FINANCIAL TENDER” WITH BOTH SEALED IN A BIGGER ENVELOPE with the Lot no. clearly marked on the right-hand corner of the envelope, company name written on the reversed side of the envelope, and addressed to:

 Bids are to be submitted on the bid opening day not later than 12:00 noon on Friday September 15th, 2023.

The documents should be dropped in the Bid Box located at the Institute’s Lagos Office (reception desk) of the above address.

(6.0) OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENT  

BID Tender documents will be opened at the Board Room of the Digital Bridge Institute, Lagos on Friday September 15th, 2023 immediately after the deadline for the submission, in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.

(7.0) DISCLAIMER

1. Late submissions shall be rejected.
2. Only Technically prequalified bidders shall be invited for the Financial Bid Opening.
