Abuja, Nigeria, April 8th 2025, In a groundbreaking move to bolster Nigeria’s cybersecurity capabilities, Israel’s IAI-ELTA, in partnership with Innov8 Nigeria, has sealed a strategic collaboration with the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI) to deliver high-impact professional training and certification in Cybersecurity Solutions tailored for defense and critical infrastructure.

The high-level meeting, held at DBI’s Head Office in Abuja, brought together Mr. Dror Shrem of IAI-ELTA, Mr. Meir Dagan of Innov8 Nigeria, DBI President/CEO Mr. David Daser, and Dr. Paulinus Okechukwu Ugwoke, Head of DBI’s Research, Innovation, and Partnership Department. The talks centered on equipping Nigeria’s workforce with cutting-edge cybersecurity skills while supporting the nation’s digital economy agenda.

This collaboration is set to drive youth empowerment, enhance national security, and promote entrepreneurship through specialized training aligned with the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, and the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

IAI-ELTA, a subsidiary of the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), is renowned globally for its advanced technology offerings in radar systems, ELINT, COMINT, electronic warfare, autonomous vehicles, and cyber solutions.
